Eagles.com addicts, they have a nice little "blog" section with some featured blogs. One of the coolest is done by Eagles running back Ryan Moats. He posts on a fairly regular basis and gives some interesting insight into a young players thoughts. His
most recent entry talks about his poor performance in last week's Ravens game and the prospect of the Eagles bringing in Stephen Davis.
The Eagles brought Stephen Davis in for a physical. What's my reaction? I can't control what this organization does. All I can do is worry about me and get myself right. When it's time for me to play, I'll be ready. Learning how to prepare is something I didn't know how to do. That's what I'm learning as we go, learning how to prepare for a game.
You always have to go out there and prepare like it's your last down.
It doesn't sound like he is too happy about the prospect of another running back being brought into the mix. Ryan Moats should make the team regardless of whether or not Davis is signed but he needs to start performing better than the last few preseason games to live up to his 3rd round draft position.
