We're starting to hear questions of whether Dennis Green's job can survive last night's meltdown, both on the field and in the press conference after the game. I don't think there's any question that the play-calling was horrendous, and you've got to wonder what on earth Green was thinking in giving the ball to Edgerrin James so many times after it was crystal clear that the Cardinals simply couldn't run on the Bears.

But what's the alternative to Green? Will the Cardinals really be any better with another coach? I have my doubts. I think they've found the right quarterback in Matt Leinart, and they definitely have the right pair of receivers in Anquan Boldin (who would be known as the hero of the game if the Cardinals hadn't blown it) and Larry Fitzgerald. The above clip of Green will live in infamy, but let's not end the guy's coaching career just yet.
