Tarell BrownDefensive co-coordinator Duane Akina said this week that he expects cornerback Tarell Brown and safety Marcus Griffin to play this Saturday against #17 Nebraska. Brown and Griffin actually missed this past weekend's game against Baylor, with Brown suffering a toe injury and Griffin out with a hurt ankle.

Their return to the secondary is much needed for the Longhorns, who gave up 320 yards passing to Baylor's quarterback Shawn Bell, the most passing yards allowed all season. And remember, Brown missed all of the Ohio State game while Griffin missed some, and we all know happened that day. This is a big game for Texas and we need Brown and Griffin performing to the best of their abilities.
