I can't tell exactly what's happening in that clip, but here's my guess: Winslow hasn't been around the NFL long enough to know that Joey Porter has a real, legitimate bloodthirst when he's playing football. Porter is talking trash of some kind (which he does before every game), and Winslow thinks it's good-natured. He thinks he'll come over, slap Porter some skin, and then they'll have a sportsmanlike encounter.
Joey Porter has no such intentions. He pulls back, and Winslow ends up making an awkward A-Rod-esque girly slap motion, which apparently flusters Rich Eisen, too.
I guess Winslow wasn't taking Porter's trash talk seriously, but he probably should have been. If Porter just threatened to kill the wives and mothers of every Browns offensive lineman, he meant it. At least for the next 60 minutes. These are things that Kellen Winslow will learn as he spends more time in the league.
Third quarter just started, and it's 10-0, Steelers.
