Vince Young Can't Be the Hero Every Week

Now that we've firmly established that Vince Young is an ubermensch of the highest order, I have a recommendation for the rest of the Titans. Stop forcing him into the role of hero all the time. There will come a game when his last quarter/overtime heroics can't save the day.

Even though Young has seemingly magically guided this team to three wins in a row, it should be clear that the team can't put him in this situation every 4th quarter and expect him to pull a win out of....well, thin air.

This week's game against Jacksonville would be a good time for them to start. In Young's first start against the Jaguars, he didn't look so good – threw three interceptions as the Titans got crushed 37-7.

So, keep up the good work, PacMan and Travis. Build on some nice games in the recent past and please, please don't just expect Young to David Blaine his way into another win.

OK – wait. I take that back. Vince Young is a way better magician than David Blaine.
