A few interesting links as I sit here and stare at my fill-in-the-blank "Iverson Is Traded" press release ...

Tree Rollins Was Not Involved. Nuggets guard DerMarr Johnson returns to the city he nearly died in tonight. No, no, no ... playing for the Hawks wasn't that bad. Johnson broke his neck in a fiery car crash in Atlanta in 2002.

The LeBron Stopper. Desmond Mason held LeBron James to only 15 points last night, barely half his average, as the Hornets beat the Cavs 95-89. In my ridiculously sarcastic opinion, Mason's defensive performance now officially adds his name to the short-list of other "Star Stoppers", which includes, Kirk Hinrich (the Wade Stopper), Raja Bell and Ruben Patterson (the co-Kobe Stoppers), and Antoine Walker (the Antoine Stopper).

If You Know This Stuff, You Are Sick And Need Help. All sorts of Jason Quick goodies about the Blazers: Joel Pryzbilla is set to make a cameo appearance in "The Nutcracker", Dan Dickau wears different-sized shoes, and Nate McMillan hates the rap music.
