So the Fanhouse's fearless leader Jamie Mottram of AOL, SportsBloggers Live and Mr. Irrelevant interviewed my favorite Jet, Jonathan Vilma about the current state of affairs with the Jets as well as his XBOX Live promotional duties. The whole interview is definitely worth a listen, but here's Vilma's response to why things are better this year versus last year:"The reason has been twofold: first we brought in a new coach who is more detailed and disciplined and is very direct about what he wants from the players and from the team ... and the players who were there last year, we decided that we didn't want to go 4-12, like last year.It seems apparent to us outsiders that this was the case, but it's definitely cool to hear it from someone who is in the lockerroom everyday. Beyond this, Mottram gets some other good insider dirt, as well as answers to questions about the team's worst dressed player, penguin documentaries, and those wacky Burger King XBOX games you have probably seen on TV. Definitely worth the time to check it out.
