I know that it's highly unlikely that even if the Titans manage to win against the Pats on Sunday that they will make the playoffs. In addition to a win, they need losses by Cincinnati, Jacksonville AND Denver to reach the playoffs. And considering they started 0-5, I'll be the last person to complain if they finish off the season .500.So, I'm going to make this Sunday's game all about me (naturally). As some of you fine people are aware, I love The Dreamboat. Furthermore, before I got Titans religion like Paul on the road to Damascus, I spent some time wandering in the Desert of Patriots fandom (nice metaphors from both the Old and New Testaments, no?).
Looks to me like this last game of the season will be my real test. Will I exhibit the zeal of the converted and stick vehemently with the Titans or will I backslide when I get a look at Dreamy Tom Brady ™?
That's more religious talk than I've engaged in for quite some time.
