The Eagles game against the Falcons that just kicked off has lost all of its luster. The Birds are up 3-0 on an early David Akers field goal but with the Cowboys loss today to the lowly Lions, the Eagles clinched the NFC East title.

The Birds will host a home game next weekend against the New York Giants. The Eagles handled the G-Men the last time they came to play at the Linc, but proceeded to give the game away in a horrible collapse.

Man, this Atlanta game is going to stink. We know Mike Vick and the Falcons don't care about the outcome and now the Eagles will likely be more concerned about resting key players and getting themselves in good position for the Giants.

Pam Oliver just reported that A.J. Feeley will take some snaps and many regulars will see less and less time as the game goes on.

Wow. The Eagles are the NFC East Champs.
