Say it ain't so, JT!

Jason Taylor has said after Miami's 27-22 loss to the Colts Sunday that he's thinking about retiring and that there are "no guarantees."

When Taylor was asked if the ending of this season has felt different from any of the previous five, he said it's "worse," alluding to his age and back aches.

While it's obvious JT is no spring chicken anymore, he has had his best season as a Dolphin in 2006 and is the front runner for Defensive Player of the Year.

Taylor is playing MVP-type football and he has at least three great years left in him. Hopefully, (and I think this is the case) Taylor is just very bitter from the disappointing end to a disappointing season and all the "Saban to Alabama" rumors.

He is tired of mediocrity and wants to win. I think when he actually thinks about things and talks with bro-in-law Zach Thomas, Taylor will decide to play on.

JT is the best Dolphins defensive player of all time and it would be very difficult to imagine the Fins playing without him.
