IU got another football commitment.
This time it's Eric Thomas, a 6-4, 250-pound defensive end. He's from Cleveland, Ohio, high school power Glenville. Thomas is rated the No. 42 senior in the state of Ohio. Given the kind of talent Ohio produces, look for him to be an outstanding player.
Coach Terry Hoeppner and some of his players took a break to watch IU beat Wisconsin. Hoeppner and his staff are close to wrapping up their recruiting. Signing day is next Wednesday. IU has 19 commitments and might get another player or two before it's all over.
