Dunks From The Day: Pippen Over Ewing

In my opinion, this stands as the signature play from Scottie Pippen's career--one which remains criminally underrated to this day. Remember, this was the year MJ decided he was better off chasing curveballs instead of winning NBA titles. Pip became the unquestioned leader of the Chicago Bulls, and were it not for a bad call by the refs late in game 7 of the Knicks series, he would have led them back to the Eastern Conference Finals and maybe beyond.

The dunk: Pippen climbs Patrick Ewing, in the playoffs, hammers on his dome and pushes him to the ground. Pippen then defiantly stands over the fallen Ewing for a few seconds to drive the point home. Enjoy:
