A quick look back at Thursday night in The Association ...

Superstars, Pt. Zero. This game was so ugly; I had to tape porn around the television just so I could watch it. Four technicals issued. 61 fouls called. 97 free throws attempted. Ugh! Anyway, LeBron James scored 38 points, and six other chaps in wine and gold reached double figures, as the Cavaliers beat the LA 114-108 to extend the Lakers' losing streak to five games. This matches the longest of coach Phil Jackson's career. (Can you believe that?) Kobe had 34 points, six rebounds and five assists in the loss.

Superstars, Pt. One.
I've always enjoyed games when a particular guy stinks it up for 40 minutes, only to inexplicably shake the funk and nail a big shot. Last night, that guy was Jason Terry. The Jet was just 1-of-9 before hitting a go-ahead jumper with 1:09 remaining to help the Mavs pull out a 80-77 win over the Rockets. Dirk Nowitki had 26 points and Tracy McGrady had 27.

Superstars, Pt. Two.
Arenas raining swag. G-Money entering a cheat code. Kobe, LeBron, D-Wade et al gunning for the ASG MVP. Yes, the stars will be out in Vegas, and your FanHaus spiritual guides are here to predict the future. Painfully Unreliable All-Star Picks: Dunk, Three and ASG MVP.

Superstar, Pt. Three. Just a reminder that our very own, Brett Edwards, will be bloggin' LIVE from Las Vegas this weekend. I highly suggest you book mark this page. Have fun, best of luck and don't fall in love with a stripper, Brett. (She'll break your heart.)
