Tim Hardaway Might Take the YMCA Up on Their Offer

You would've guessed a nice heart-to-heart with his boy Scoop Jackson would've erased the gloomy clouds from over Tim Hardaway's shiny, absolutely heterosexual head, right?

Nope: TMZ.com reports that Hardaway's being sued by Washington Mutual for something like $750,000 for skipping out on his mortgage and rent payments for his Miami car wash.

TMZ sources say Hardaway owes $715,000 on his Miami home and several tens of thousands of dollars in back rent for a car wash which renamed itself in the wake of Timmy's gay-bashing tirade to distance itself from the star. Hardaway was also banned from appearing at NBA events during All-Star Weekend and lost a couple of endorsement deals.

But hey, young man - there's a place you can go ... when you're short on your dough. You can stay there and I'm sure you will find many good ways to have a good time.
