College football is rapt with awesome catch phrases. From "yoyoyo Footbah!" to "HOT HOT HOT" to "Go Play Intramurals, Brother!" to Mike Valenti screeching "Make Plays!" and "Pucker Pucker!", college football fans are blessed with a constantly-replenishing stock of hip neologisms to yell out during football games.

Might I submit, for your review, the catch phrase, "If you're gonna be a bear, be a Grizzly!" It appears to be the trademarked rallying cry of Arizona Cardinals Strength & Conditioning Coach John Lott, whose enthusiasm and husky Super Dave Osborne voice are... well, creepy. Fast forward about a minute into this video and you'll not only get to see Lott rip off his catch phrase several times, but you'll also see Brady Quinn perform the superhuman feat of ripping off 24 reps of 225 pounds.

Oh, and just to warn you... after the bench press, there's some frontal dudity. Just a heads up.
