Last night, Kobe Bryant didn't play because the League didn't want him to elbow any Bucks in the face. That could have really gotten out of hand.

After seeing the incident with Marko Jaric, I began wondering where Kobe ranks among the greatest elbow throwers in NBA history. He's gotta be among the best, right?

Other famous NBA elbow throwers include:

Karl Malone
: Brought the pain to Steve Nash and other little people for years.

Charles Barkley
: Elbowed everyone from power forwards in the lane, to whoever was ahead him in the buffet line.

Charles Oakley:
He was so vicious that he probably threw elbows at little old ladies on the street.

Bill Laimbeer
: I have no proof of him elbowing anyone, but this list would feel incomplete without him.

Shaquille O'Neal
: Shaq's elbows re-arranged Dikembe Mutombo's beautiful face during the 2001 Finals.

Mutombo
: His pointy elbows not only put the fear of God into opponents, but his own teammates as well.

So, who's the best of all time? Let your voices be heard in the comments. And please, try to keep it clean.
