Today wasn't a good day for Duke. They lost in the first round of the NCAA tournament which broke a string of nine straight Sweet 16 appearances. This was Duke, being out-poised by the VCU Rams.
The Fanhouse's Bill Maloney who takes care of the football side of the ACC, slid this lovely little note my way on Greg Paulus' flop during the 2nd half of their game with VCU. As you can see, Paulus stands in ready for the charge but ... uh ... something wrong happens: no one runs into him. Yet, he falls down. No one hit him, and he still flopped. What the hell?
I know Duke is big on taking charges, but this is Redick-ulous.
