Want to Throw a Fancy Pass? Listen to Drew Gooden

Drew Gooden averages less than 1 assist per game. That doesn't mean, however, that he isn't an expert in the art of passing. He's got three rules that you need to follow if you want to successfully complete a behind-the-back pass.
1. "You have to make sure the guy is open,'' Gooden said. "And has a clear path to the basket."
2. "You have to be passing to a guy with good hands like [Zydrunas Ilgauskas] or LeBron."
3. "And, most importantly, you have to be willing to take the risk of not being successful and coming out of the game."
Pretty sound advice from Drew.

What I need for my rec league games, though, are tips from Jason Williams on how to throw the pass below:
