Bengals receiver Chris Henry was picked up for driving with a suspended license, making an illegal turn and not wearing his seat belt. The only major one on this list in the suspended license charge ... but there are rumors that it may be just a clerical error that his license hadn't been reinstated. Again, that's just some whispering around here.
However, if this all sticks, Henry could face some jail time in Kentucky. Henry was sentenced to 90 days in jail for his guilty plea to providing alcohol to minors. He served just two days and was probated the rest of the time. If he gets in trouble again, he could have to do the rest of the time - 88 days.
This also comes at a bad time since NFL commish Roger Goodell has sworn to act swiftly when players run afoul of the law and has recently gained the support of the NFL owners and NFLPA to do so. While Henry isn't a high profile problem as his West Virginia teammate Pac-Man Jones, he is high on the list to visit the principal's office. Jail time would most certainly push him over the ledge as far as any possible suspension.
