Hollywood A-Lister Halle Berry, in an interview with Parade Magazine, said that she nearly ended her life in 1997 after her marriage to David Justice fell apart.Speaking to Parade Magazine, the Oscar-winning U.S. actress says she was despondent after her divorce from baseball player David Justice.During their five years of marriage, there were reports of abuse on David Justice's part. It's also rumored that the former big leaguer is the reason Berry is deaf in one ear.
"I was sitting in my car, and I knew the gas was coming when I had an image of my mother finding me," she said. "She sacrificed so much for her children, and to end my life would be an incredibly selfish thing to do."
I'm certainly glad she didn't kill herself; who else is supposed to play the role of Storm?
