Mavs @ Suns | 1st Qtr | 2nd Qtr | 3rd Qtr | 4th Qtr

- Before we get this ruckus started, just want to note ABC's earlier (with a mildly entertaining finish) game, Miami at Detroit, the final score was 94-88 (Pistons win).

I'm going to bet we break that at the 11:38min mark of the 3rd quarter here ...

- Ok, I'm ready for this, I have my two water bottles right next to me. Gotta be hydrated!

- Ugh, we're starting with ABC's camera "experiments" where we're floating along the sidelines

- Alright, this thing is going good as Nash and Dirk both are starting hot, wetting jumpers back to back

- Devin Harris is out picking up two quick fouls. Man, that sucks, I was looking forward to an impromptu Barbosa vs. Harris track meet

- 8-6 advantage, Phoenix, timeout and we just played three minutes. I need oxygen.

- Aww, Nash interview talking about Dirk: "We're friends for life"

- Dallas has taken the lead 16-12 with different players chipping in. Suns' only scoring coming from Stoudamire so far

- Diop fouled STAT on what would've been a "OOOOH!" dunk after a nice Nash dish
- We come back after a Mavs timeout when as the Suns cut the lead to three 19-16

- Just as I type that, Bell ties it ...

- Just as I type that, Nash hits a one footed, sideways falling, three to beat the shotclock

- As exciting as Nash is whenever he does his patented layups on bigger defenders, Jason Terry was close to dunking ON James Jones

- The 1st Q basically was about trading buckets at a crazy pace. 29-26 Mavs. I wasn't kidding about oxygen, anyone got a spare tank they want to loan me?
