Will these be talked about a month from now...

Wade theory? The good news: Dwyane Wade returns, lighting the way for an full-fledged Heat championship crusade. The bad: he stinks, and they lose to the Bobcats 111-103. Yes, it was in overtime, and Charlotte needed to stage an epic comeback to force further play. But remember, the Heat aren't guaranteed home court, and need every win they can get. Gerald Wallace had 30 for Charlotte, and Wade...12 points, 6 TO's, and 8 assists on lousy percentages.

Houston rests easy. This weekend, both T-Mac and Yao were missing time, and McGrady's back was flaring up. Scratch all of that. McGrady had 40 points, 10 assists, and 8 rebounds, and Yao chipped in 18, as the Rockets knocked off the Kings, 112-106. It's no secret that, if the two Rockets play energized and healthy, this team is as dangerous as they come in the playoffs.

Settled the second time around. With the playoffs around the corner, people are no doubt thinking back to some of last season's most magical moments. How about LeBron nearly overthrowing the Pistons? Detroit over Cleveland, 87-82. Kobe's epic stand against Phoenix? Try Suns 115, Lakers 107. I will say this: I'm surprised either game was that close.
