North Carolina Attorney General Roy Cooper will announce that he is dismissing all charges against three Duke Lacrosse players, ABC News is reporting.

Reade Seligmann, Collin Finnerty and David Evans (pictured) were initially accused of raping a stripper at a lacrosse team party in March of 2006. More recently, the woman said she was not sure if she was actually raped, so those charges were dropped, but the three men still faced charges of first degree kidnapping and first degree forcible sexual offense.

The state attorney general's office has taken over the case after
Durham District Attorney Mike Nifong was charged with unethical conduct.
