Because Cedric Griffin wouldn't pull up his pants, he ended up going to jail briefly on Saturday night/Sunday morning.

The Vikings cornerback was kicked out of the Spin nightclub because his saggy pants failed to live up to the nightclub's dress code. According to the Associated Press, he was not happy about being booted, ended up in a scuffle with bouncers that led to him being booked on a charge of misdemeanor disorderly conduct.

While it's not a particularly serious charge, the 2006 second-rounder is likely to face a suspension if he's convicted of a crime, thanks to NFL commissioner Roger Goodell's recent crackdown on off-the-field trouble. Considering Griffin showed promise in his rookie season, that would be bad news for the Vikings.
