Titans fans don't worry, veteran linebacker Keith Bulluck is just as puzzled as you are by the team's offseason moves.

Since the season ended, the Titans have lost wide receivers Drew Bennett and Bobby Wade, running backs Travis Henry and Chris Brown (although Brown could return), guard Zach Piller, defensive end Robaire Smith, linebacker Colby Bockwoldt, tight end Erron Kinney and cornerback Pacman Jones (year-long suspension).

In return, the team has added wide receiver Justin Gage, safety Byron Scott, cornerback Nick Harper and linebacker Ryan Fowler. Add it all up and it's hard to not figure that the Titans have gotten worse this offseason. Bulluck sees it too, and it makes him worry that Vince Young's development will be retarded by the team's inability to put solid skill position players around him.
"Now it is on his teammates on his side of the ball to help him elevate his game,'' Bulluck said. "They got rid of two of his biggest weapons in Travis Henry and Drew Bennett and we haven't done anything to replace them, so the guys we have now, that is a message to them. They have to be ready so step up and help Vince out. A lot is going to be on them."

That's Bulluck trying to put a happy face on it. But as he keeps talking, it becomes clear that Bulluck is worried about the Titans inactivity this offseason.

"I don't really know what is left out there now as far as (veterans). It seems like anybody we maybe could have gotten before is pretty much off the shelf," said Bulluck.
