According to Adam Schefter of NFL Network, the Kansas City Chiefs are shopping Pro Bowl running back Larry Johnson to the Buffalo Bills. With the Bills still searching for a quality running back, it's no surprise that the Chiefs are attempting to take this route. However, what is surprising is the fact that the Chiefs are serious in their attempt to trade Johnson. Over the last two years he's been arguable the best back in the NFL, collecting a total of 3,539 rushing yards and 37 touchdowns.
There were no exact details on what the Chiefs would look for in return, but you can bet the price is mighty steep. Regardless of the cost, it may still be hard for the Bills to pass up. It's not often you get a young, 1,700 yard Pro Bowl running back offered to you.
While no deal seems imminent, things could change with the drop of a hat.
