A lot of things have gone wrong for Dirk Nowitzki since the Playoffs began: He choked in what will go down as one of the most career-defining games of his life (shooting a miserable 2 of 13 from the field); he was helpless as his team went down in historic fashion; he will have to accept the most embarrassing MVP award since David Robinson in 1995; and to add insult to injury, Matt Barnes will one day be able to tell his grandchildren about having ferociously dunked on the big German.
