I've been on the New York Giants season ticket waiting list for well over 14 years now and remain frustrated that it could take another 20 years before I get my hands on them. However, I was reminded today that I should be thankful I only have to wait 20 years. Poor Green Bay Packers fans that recently joined the season ticket waiting list may never get the opportunity to purchase their tickets.

St. Norbert assistant professor Matt Stollack crunches the numbers on how long it would take for tickets. With 156 tickets becoming available each year, Stollack says it would take 473 years to become a season ticket holder.
473 years ... Wow. That really doesn't leave the 73,988 waiting members much hope. I suppose the best they have to look forward to is their family members purchasing the tickets when 2,480 rolls around.

The one thing this does say about the Packers is that they have an amazingly dedicated fanbase.
