Tracy McGrady Tears Up During Press Conference

T-Mac, the one superstar that has never won a playoff series, has always been a fan favorite. He never seemed to polarize even regular NBA watchers because he would lay it all on the court for everyone to judge. That's why hearing his post-game press conference is just as hard for fans as it is for the man himself. He tried his best, but his best just isn't good enough (the question could be: will it ever be?)

Yao Ming helps out his pal by shouldering the massive blame (as well as shouldering some tears) McGrady put on himself at the beginning of the series:
"I feel like I want to cry," Yao said. "I know everyone says that tomorrow is a new day and that I'll have a long career, but in the last two weeks we've gone from up 2-0 all the way to 3-4, and it's all over for our season. That's very frustrating."

"I didn't do my job," Yao said. "I didn't do a very good job of rebounding. Rebound, rebound, rebound. Whatever, long rebound, short rebound - it's my job to rebound. You can't say because it's a long rebound that I couldn't get it. I have to get it. I didn't do my job."
We hear ya big fella. All I can say is, chin up, next year is a whole new ball game.
