Michael Vick's Property Goes on Sale, Sells Within Hours

Why is Michael Vick smiling? Because the slumping real estate market apparently doesn't apply to him.

Think there's a housing slump going on? Try telling that to Vick. The Falcons quarterback put his property on the market today and it already sold.

Of course, if you're hoping to have as much luck as Vick when you sell your home, you're probably going to have to sell it for less than half of what it's worth: Vick was asking only $350,000 for the property even though it's assessed at $747,000.

Why on earth would Vick sell the property for so much less than it's worth? Probably because he wants to disassociate himself as much as possible from the evidence of dog fighting that's been found on the property. It's the same property where investigators found 70 dogs and significant evidence that the dogs were part of a fighting ring, and Vick could be suspended or face criminal charges as a result.
