Wally the Green MonsterSome kids have a it all: the latest video game systems, the coolest bike on the block, the most expensive sneakers ... a dad who'll run onto the field at a baseball game and get arrested. Wait ... what?

Of all the things I wished for as a kid, seeing my dad get hogtied by baseball security wasn't one of them. But apparently things are just a bit different in Connecticut:
A Red Sox fan is facing charges for running on the field during Sunday's game at Fenway Park.

Michael Baggott, 37, of East Haven, Conn., was stopped by security after jumping a wall and running across the field during the ninth inning.

Baggott told police he was at the game with his father and 7-year-old son, and that he ran on the field in an attempt to impress the boy.

Baggott is charged with trespassing and disturbing a public assembly.
Sadly, there's a good chance Baggott's son didn't even witness the display -- I'm guessing a kid that spoiled probably has the attention span of a gnat, which means he was just as likely throwing a tantrum trying to get his mom to buy him Wally the Green Monster as he was watching his dad break the law.
