"Fixin' to" is a great southern phrase. Not quite as ubiquitous and efficient as the word "y'all," but nevertheless, "fixin' to" really gives you that sense that something is ready to happen. Well, apparently a number of media folks are picking the Texans as their surprise team for next year. Of course, the last time that happened was after the 2004 season when the Texans finished 7-9, but gave their fans a surprise by only winning two games in 2005.Check out this FoxSports.com video of Erik Kramer picking the Texans as his sleeper pick in the AFC.
