Bart Scott Wants to Kill Hines Ward

Steelers wide receiver Hines Ward only had four catches for 28 yards in last night's game against the Ravens, even though quarterback Ben Roethlisberger threw five first-half touchdowns.

Didn't matter, though, because Ward contributed in other ways. Namely, creaming unsuspecting Ravens defenders. First it was Ed Reed, and here is linebacker Bart Scott getting intimately familiar with the Heinz Field turf:



The best part (other than Terry Bradshaw yukking it up on the sidelines)? After the game, Ward said Scott threatened to kill him after laying him out:
"He tackled me and said he was going to kill me. But as long as you don't shoot me, I'll be fine. I don't think there's any place in the game for that type of stuff. I always thought he was a great player, but I guess he doesn't like me."
I don't think even murder would've helped the Ravens last night.
