This video is pretty cool, actually. It is former Redskins head coach Joe Gibbs talking about trials and tribulations in life while sitting in what I assume is his office (pretty cool, I must say). As most of you know, Gibbs is a deeply religious man and is using this forum to discuss his faith as well as football and racing.

At the beginning he discusses the new Redskins head coach, Jim Zorn ... praising that the search is finally over:

"Even though I don't know Coach Zorn, myself, almost all the friends that I know that's been around him ... they all say one thing: great person.

So I think Dan Snyder did a great job going through the process there and we have a coach on board so, uh, we all need to be praying for him."

The funniest thing is Gibbs talking about leaving the drama of football and then having to deal with Tony Stewart's NASCAR punishment (Stewart drives for Joe Gibbs Racing). Gibbs did make me cringe by referring to the Bible "the game plan for life", but that is the culture that he is creating at Joe Gibbs Online. Other than that, this little seven minute clip just gives you a small idea of why players love him so much.
