There's been plenty of discussion today about Paul Pierce's Game 1 heroics. Most of it however is revolving around whether or not the injury was really as serious as it appeared, and whether or not the media was making too big a deal out of Pierce's return.
As far as Kobe Bryant and Phil Jackson are concerned, the whole situation is just amusing as hell. During their media session today, Kobe starts laughing at the mere mention of the "Paul Pierce drama," while Phil picks up on one of Pierce's quotes about the incident, and wonders if a certain famous faith healer might have been present in the Celtics' locker room.
