Anyway, I wasn't particularly blown away by the following promo for this year's All Star Game, sweet fence - flag graphics aside.
At first I figured it was because I'm jaded. Then I thought it might be because A-Rod and Jeter don't strike me as "great". Finally, while trying to figure out how a television station that is wily enough to play Widespread Panic and the White Stripes during their Saturday game seemingly dropped the ball, I realized the whole thing reminds me of that stupid robot that they use on Sundays.
