Comcast Subscribers Waiting for Mourinho Puppet

Some thing you can't unwatch. Consider director Peter Jackson's "Meet the Feebles" one of those things. One my friend's in college nearly had his life ruined by a junk-shooting rat puppet.

A slightly massively more enjoyable puppet is the Jose Mourinho featured on "I'm on Setanta Sports." The self-procalimed 'Special One' is truly at his best here. It makes what Frank Caliendo pulls on the FOX NFL pregame look like mere childs play.

Anyways, the point here is that rumors are floating around the Internet that U.S. cable giant Comcast has agreed to carry Setanta Sports USA -- which features at least three Premier League games per weekend -- but regional outlets around the country are slow to actually add the channel to their lineups. In fact, the only way to get them to act is to call and complain, or beg very, very kindly.

Right now the channel is only available via satellite provides DirecTV and Dish Network. If you're like me you can subscribe to the Internets feed for about $10 per month. The only downside to the monthly deal is you don't get access to the midweek Champions League matches, which you can get if you pay the yearly sum all at once.

In any event, if there's one thing the world needs in this wintry economic climate is more smary puppets.
