Teenagers are mean, mean people. Especially teenage girls. They tend to be particularly nasty, at least in terms of behavior to other members of their social strata. But despite the cruelties of high school, you never really expect to hear about a high school girls' cheerleading team hazing other young ladies by duct taping their hands and throwing them in swimming pool. But, if that did happen, you would expect them to get in trouble. And they are.
So yeah, the lesson, as always, is that you shouldn't ever haze anyone until you get to college and your fraternity or sorority is off campus. But seriously -- there's "hazing" and then there's "attempted murder", which is what duct taping someone's hands, blindfolding them and pushing them in a pool qualifies as. I never like seeing high schoolers go to jail, but this might be a decent time to teach someone a lesson.
