From his hilarious thoughts about what constitutes a perfect Valentine's Day date to one of the most original basketball "talk shows" ever posted on YouTube, Cavaliers guard Delonte West is one of the funniest and most personable players currently ekeing out a living in the NBA.

With the Cavs in New York on Tuesday night, I caught up with Delonte and had a quick conversation with him about what Thanksgiving means to him. Here's what he had to say. Enjoy.

Randy Kim: So what are you thankful for this year?

Delonte West: I'm thankful to have peace of mind right now. I'm thankful for family. I'm thankful that I'm able to do what I enjoy and pursue my passion for a living.

RK: So what are your Thanksgiving plans?

DW: I got a few of my family members coming up, and we'll do a traditional turkey and gravy and, you know ... Macaroni and cheese! (Does a small dance)

RK: So how much family do you have coming up?

DW: Just a few of my immediate family. Not too much, just my dad and my step-mom; brother, sister.

RK: What's your favorite dish?

DW: Got to go with the sweet potatoes. I can't wait to finish dinner so I can get some sweet potato pie.

RK: Light meat or dark meat?

DW: Dark. Oh, yeah.

RK: If you could have Thanksgiving dinner with any four people, living or dead, who would they be?

DW: Man, wow ... Uh, Jesus. Biggie Smalls. Tupac. And, um ... Curtis Mayfield.

RK: What about any four women?

DW: My mama, my sister, my step mama, and my sister-in-law.

RK: You're not going to bring a date?

DW: I don't have any hot dates, man. I haven't had too much luck with the ladies lately.

RK: Really? Come on ...

DW: I'm serious, man.

RK: Alright, well have a happy Thanksgiving.

DW: You too.
