Every day Terrell Suggs shoulder injury seems to get a little bit worse publicly. But Ravens' beat writer Aaron Wilson has connected the dots to suggest that just maybe, Suggs is healthier than he's letting on.

As Wilson noted, Suggs wasn't wearing a sling on his injured arm on Wednesday, but when the media showed up on Thursday, there he was wearing a sling and sounding morose about his chances to play.

Suggs is clearly hurt -- he didn't miss the end of the Titans game for nothing -- but if there is any way to get back out there, it's likely he'll Jack Youngblood his way on to the field.

If it is a ruse to try to get the Steelers to think that Suggs is not going to play, it's hard to believe it will work. The Ravens' pass rush will take a big hit if Suggs can't play, so why wouldn't the Steelers prepare for a healthy Suggs, and then make adjustments if he ends up not playing or playing ineffectively? The only other preparation Pittsburgh would have to make is to assume Baltimore will send more exotic blitzes to try to dial up the pressure, but since that's the Steelers' Achilles Heel, it would be shocking if they aren't already preparing for that.
