Scouting Report: Many consider him the premier rush end/linebacker in this draft, instead of Orakpo. Strong and fast, with a great ability to get by blockers. Can play down inside or stand up outside, but either way will create pressure. Able to chase players down at times. Will the motor constantly run?
2009 Outlook: Depending on who you ask, Jackson is either a top-10 talent or a borderline first-round pick. We'll lean toward the former here, with Jackson likely to at least land a few sacks in his rookie season if he's given a shot in the right scheme.
