The Cowboys indoor practice facility collapsed during a thunderstorm in the Dallas area on Saturday afternoon, injuring 12 people.The Cowboys' rookies and second-year players are working out at the complex this weekend.
Fire department officials said at least 70 individuals were inside the practice bubble when it collapsed. Several people were knocked down by the bubble falling down, including members of the media. Rescue officials said two searches were made to find individuals who may have been trapped but have said things are "somewhat stabilized."
Special teams coach Joe DeCamillis was among those injured. DeCamillis was seen putting on a neck brace and being taken out of the team's main office building on a stretcher.
Cowboys secondary coach Dave Campo received a cut on the left leg and said he was trying to get his son from underneath the rubble.
"That was wild," Campo said of the storm.
Officials said 10 people were transported to area hospitals and two were walk-ins.
Dr. Paul Pepe, head of emergency medical services for Dallas County, says he didn't think anybody had life-threatening injuries.
