How Can Chad Ochocinco Twitter During Games Without Fines or Suspensions?

Bengals wide receiver Chad Ochocinco claims that he will tweet during games no matter what the NFL says. The NFL bans cellular devices in the bench area, and Ochocinco risks fines for ignoring such a ban. Mike Florio at Pro Football Talk suggests that openly defying the NFL policy might even lead to suspension. These days, it's hard to say what the NFL commissioner might do.

Ochocinco certainly isn't afraid of fines as some of his fined behavior is the reason that even non-NFL fans know who he is. So how can he get his tweet on during games at OGOchoCinco without getting fined?

Probably the easiest way would be to have a good friend sitting in the front row behind the bench with a cell phone to type for him. In some stadiums this would be easier than others because you need a bench area pretty close to the stands. I've never been there, but from the looks of the stadium chart and seating view, you could easily do this at Paul Brown Stadium.

Ochocinco would want it to be a good friend because you can't trust just anyone with your Twitter account. And probably someone who can type in appropriate Ochocinco Twitter style and punctuation. Seems to me that it would be hard for the NFL to draft a specific Twitter rule that would fine a player from just talking to the fans.

Does anyone else have other ideas how a player could tweet during games without getting punished?

Might be a moot question because punishment isn't going to stop Ochocinco because fines, even for the style of his uniform, just mean he gets more publicity. Or perhaps as he says on his Twitter account:
God said to honor thy mother and thy father, no where in the ten commandments does it say NFL!!
So there you go. Commissioner Roger Goodell, you are not the god of Chad.
