You can put aside all those concerns about Tom Brady losing a step, if an EA Sports simulation of the upcoming NFL season carries any weight.EA's projections have Brady winning the Offensive Player of the Year award and NFL MVP, throwing for 4,500 yards and 47 touchdowns, and guiding the 14-2 New England Patriots to a Super Bowl victory. Also joining the Patriots in the virtual playoffs were division winners Pittsburgh, Tennessee, San Diego, Philadelphia, Arizona, Atlanta and Chicago, with the Colts, Ravens, Giants and Panthers securing wild-card spots.
While the Jets failed to nab a postseason bid, quarterback Mark Sanchez is projected to take home the Offensive Rookie of the Year, while Washington's Brian Orakpo earns Defensive Rookie of the Year honors.
Patrick Willis of the 49ers takes home the Defensive Player of the Year, and Philadelphia's Andy Reid the Coach of the Year award.
