Pacman JOnesWell, Pacman Jones isn't going to play in the CFL after all.

Jones, the twice-suspended NFL player, who was on the active rosters of the Cowboys and Titans, had been in the final stages of signing a contract with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers of the CFL.

But after a Ustream video that aired Wednesday night (and can be viewed after the jump), the Winnipeg Sun reports the Bombers had enough.

It was bad enough that Jones said he was going to play in the UFL, then he received a call on his iPhone saying he was on a CFL team.

Then, there's this little gem.

"I've got a clause in my contract, when I get a call from a NFL team, I can go over," Jones said on the video. "I actually got two calls [Wednesday], so if they tell me tomorrow, that Pacman's back, that'd be a bummer for my Winnipeg fans."

Jones was in the process of getting his passport. He also continues to have money issues -- he needed a friend to pay his cell phone bill recently

It's another sad chapter for an athlete with so much talent.

Jones hopes to play in the NFL someday -- or possibly still the CFL -- but might be relegated to the UFL.

On the video, Jones said he hopes the Titans call him again but doubted that would happen. He also expressed his desire to play for the Bills, where old buddy Terrell Owens is playing. Owens and Jones were friends when they played in Dallas.
