Looking to cycle spot-starters each day? Check out the Stream Team, where we tab pitchers that are likely to help you in your quest for fantasy gold.

Yesterday, Jon Garland delivered us another quality start, but just barely, pitching six innings and allowing three runs for a no-decision. I did jinx his control, and now Garland becomes our first pitcher this month to give up more than two walks in a game. Tonight, Ryan Rowland-Smith faces Los Angeles in Anaheim, a scary draw no doubt, and one I avoided in my actual league, streaming a hitter instead (Johnny Gomes, who's 1 for 1 thus far).

Tomorrow will mark the return of Hiroki Kuroda to the Stream Team. We streamed him at the end of the July to good results (6 IP, 2 ER, 9 K), but he's been in and out of the rotation since. He looked a little rusty when he rejoined the Dodger rotation on September 6th, giving up three earned runs in five innings against the Padres and taking a loss. For the year, Kuroda sports a 66/20 K/BB ratio and 1.17 WHIP, fantastic numbers for a pitcher that's available in many leagues. In away games, which he'll have on Friday, he has a 28/7 K/BB ratio and a 1.04 WHIP.

Follow R.J. WhiteIn tomorrow's game he faces the Giants, an offense that continues to sputter. They've scored 22 runs in their last seven games, posting a .676 OPS during this past week. They've had the worst run production since the All-Star break, scoring 188 runs in 52 games (a 3.6 run/game average), and their .704 OPS against righties this year is the second-worst mark in the league.

If you want to stream two guys in Friday's action, Doug Davis faces Milwaukee, a team averaging two runs per game over the last week. Davis owns a 3.22 road ERA and a 1.38 road WHIP, very good numbers for a stream candidate.
