Looking to cycle spot-starters each day? Check out the Stream Team, where we tab pitchers that are likely to help you in your quest for fantasy gold.

While most of the fantasy world has turned toward football, the Stream Team has picked up the pace with our recent selections. Our pitchers have given up a total of three runs in our last three spot starts, spanning 21 innings. Our streamers could have won many H2H playoff matchups last week, as they combined to post 4 wins, a 2.64 ERA, a 1.03 WHIP, and 34 strikeouts over 47.2 innings. Bronson Arroyo is on the mound tonight for us against Houston.

Tomorrow we'll again be streaming Barry Zito. The Giant pitcher has slowed down from his torrid pace in the last two starts, pitching a total of nine innings and allowing five runs. If you look at Zito's numbers this season -- 9 wins, 3.99 ERA, 1.34 WHIP, 132 Ks -- you'd have to call him a pleasant surprise.

Despite the rough patch, Zito has the benefit of pitching against Colorado, a team he owns. He pitched against them in consecutive home-and-away starts at the end of August, and allowed just one run in 14.1 innings, striking out 11. If that's not impressive enough, you have to look at Zito's career numbers against Colorado: a 1.92 ERA and 1.08 WHIP in 70.1 innings against the team. He usually has trouble getting run support, but the Giants are actually doing a bit better than the Rockies over the last week at scoring runs.

If Zito is unavailable, consider Robinson Tejeda. Recently moved into the rotation by Kansas City, Tejeda shut out the Tigers (his opponent tomorrow) in his last start, going six innings and striking out eight. A win might not be in the cards, but a solid performance should be easily attainable for Tejeda.
