Looking to cycle spot-starters each day? Check out the Stream Team, where we tab pitchers that are likely to help you in your quest for fantasy gold.

Yesterday we spot-started Hiroki Kuroda again, and he was brilliant yet again. He threw six innings while giving up two runs, but both were unearned. He also threw in six strikeouts on his way to an easy win for the Dodgers. His six innings with no earned runs drops our September ERA to 3.26, using pitchers that are available in a majority of your leagues. I hope you're winning your championship game, and now I'll do my best to give you a bigger lead.

Even though tomorrow offers its usually sparse schedule, we do have several great options available to us. Bronson Arroyo has a streak of 11 straight quality starts, and he takes his improved act on the road to Pittsburgh to face a terrible Pirates offense. He's been quite good against the Pirates in his career (3.42 ERA, 1.28 WHIP in eight starts), so he's a must-start if available in your league.

Brett Anderson is coming off a six-inning, 10-strikeout game against Cleveland in which he gave up no runs and walked only one batter. He takes on the slumping Rangers at home, where he excelled against the team the last time he faced them (7.2 innings, 2 ERs, 8 Ks). He's had impeccable control as of late, walking six batters combined in his last six starts, and he now has a 139/44 K/BB ratio this season. He should have another great start tomorrow.

Follow R.J. WhiteIt would be easier suggesting Vicente Padilla had he not gotten knocked around a bit in his last outing but even so, he's a great spot-starter for you in Washington. His one drawback is that he doesn't go too deep into games -- six innings seems to be his limit. This will be his first trip outside of the NL West in the last month, so while he does look like a great start, he's one to pass on if you feel pretty confident in your current stats.

Rank 'em the way I wrote about 'em, and good luck with your matchup tomorrow.
