Michigan quarterback Tate Forcier suffered an injury to his right shoulder during the Wolverines' come-from-behind victory over Indiana on Saturday. He said after the game that he thought it was just a bruise, but he looked during the game like he was in more pain than "just a bruise" would imply.
While on the sideline after throwing the touchdown pass that gave Michigan a 36-33 lead late in the fourth quarter, Forcier was wincing and obviously hurting -- and then a Michigan teammate reached out his hand to pat him on the shoulder, and Forcier howled in pain. Forcier also dropped an F-bomb, although the above video cuts out just before that.
Forcier was 11 of 21 for 184 yards, two TDs and an interception. There's no word on whether his shoulder injury will affect him for next week's game at Michigan State.Follow college football? Follow my college football Twitter updates @MichaelDavSmith.
