6:35: Hunter Hillenmeyer, the Bears' replacement for injured LB Brian Urlacher, has left Sunday's game in Seattle with a rib injury.

6:17: Bengals LB Ray Maualuga limped off the field, then was carted to the locker room with an apparent knee injury.

6:00: NFL Network reports that Frank Gore suffered a high ankle sprain and could miss a couple of weeks.

5:53: Shawne Merriman has reaggravated a groin injury and is done for the day.

: Both quarterbacks in the San Diego-Miami are dinged up, but Chad Pennington's situation is the worst -- trainers just cut his jersey off him to look at his shoulder.

5:00: Forte returned and immediately jumped back into the lineup.

4:38: Chicago RB Matt Forte banged up his knee early against Seattle, and his return is questionable.

3:40: Cedric Benson is active for the Bengals against Pittsburgh.

3:30: Laurence Maroney, Vince Wilfork both left for the Patriots in the first half. Both are questionable to return.

3:24: Saints WR Lance Moore out.

3:20: LaDainian Tomlinson officially inactive for San Diego, which is no surprise.

: Albert Haynesworth briefly returned for Washington, but he and Brian Orakpo are both dinged up. On the other side of the ball, Kevin Smith just went down for Detroit with a shoulder injury.

3:00: Brandon Stokley and Knowshon Moreno both active for Denver.

: Titans CB Vincent Fuller exited today's game against the Jets with an arm injury, and speculation is that he suffered a forearm fracture.

2:05: After recording a sack, Redskins DT Albert Haynesworth had to be carted off the field. No word on his injury or status yet.

2:00: Rams quarterback Marc Bulger has left the game against Green Bay. Kyle Boller is in.

: Gore is likely done for the day. Backup Glen Coffee banged up as well, with third-stringer Michael Robinson waiting in the wings.

Niners RB Frank Gore limped off the field after a short run and was replaced by Glen Coffee.
